Our purpose is to uplift, equip, and empower talented young individuals who are passionate about hospitality and their craft. Starting small, we provide mentorship and on-the-job training to young Vietnamese with potential in areas like design and cooking. By focusing on their practical work experience, we aim to open new doors, enabling them to apply their skills and knowledge in meaningful ways.

We value the work and efforts of our employees and partners with fairness and respect, ensuring that everyone is paid according to their talent, above the minimum wage in both Vietnam and Germany.

As our business grows, we dedicate 1% of each project’s value to supporting ethnic minority families in northern Vietnam, including regions like Hà Giang and Cao Bằng, as well as central provinces such as Quảng Bình. We meticulously document all contributions to ensure transparency and accountability in helping these communities.
